wecan_logo.gif

We Can!™ or "Ways to Enhance Children's Activity & Nutrition" is a national program implemented by the National Institutes of Health and designed for families and communities to help children maintain a healthy weight. The program focuses on three important behaviors: improved food choices, increased physical activity and reduced screen time.

RecreationRx.org is proud to be a We Can!™ community site and provides a natural way to bring at-risk families in the physician’s office to We Can!™ programs in the community…

If you already have a We Can!™  program in your community, contact us to learn more about connecting your program to area healthcare providers.
