The American Medical Association has awarded the RecreationRx.org initiative with the 2008 Community Service award for its efforts to bring safe and structured physical activity to underserved families.  Congratulations to the entire team and the healthcare and recreation providers who are helping people in their neighborhoods and communities to put the recommendations made in the office into healthy action!  GO TEAM!
